The programmers/testers hired would be working on a project for Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) which is India's premier NGO working on electoral & political reforms.

The main job responsibilities include:
- Web Application development using PHP & MySQL
- Unit Testing
- Version control
- Release management.

Should be a fast learner with a passion to create quality software. This is also a unique opportunity to work on software projects which are changing the face of India’s democracy and political system.

- BTech/BE with 0-2 years of experience as a developer or tester in the IT industry
